We never deal in unboxed, tester-refilled, counterfeit, or grey-market compromised items. Every bottle undergoes batch serial inspection before dispatch.
Orders are processed within 24 business hours. Express courier delivery is provided with protective temperature-controlled packaging to protect delicate scent notes during transit.
Cash on Delivery (COD) and Online Card payments are fully supported. Customers must verify package integrity upon delivery before signature.
Due to hygiene and product purity regulations, opened or unsealed fragrance products cannot be returned once the factory cellophane wrap is tampered with.
Unopened items in original sealed condition can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or luxury exchange. Damaged or wrong items received will be replaced free of charge immediately upon notification.
